Hmm - interesting question. I can think of quite a few cars that I could call favourite, but here's a few:

Brabus EV12 for sheer balls-out outrageousness
    Caterham 7 for fun
Aston Martin Vanquish for that sweet sounding V12
Ford Escort Cosworth, Focus RS, Mondeo ST220 - fast cars for everyman :)
Honda Type-R cars for their engines

Not an exhaustive list, but as much as I'm going to think of for the moment.

For a good practical motor which oozes class and sex appeal it is the CL500.

Think CL500 in American Pie 2 or Janet Jackson video with decent rims.

The SL600 in the Dilemma video melts my butter as well.

Caterham Seven JPE. A 2.0litre atmospheric that can hit 60 in 3.2secs? I'll have one of those thank you very much!:D Muchos fun.
Oh btw way Shay congrats on your promotion to crazy poster!

A Caterham JPE? whats that then?
I really like the R500, if only I could fit into it (if you're over 6ft its a bit of challenge getting in)..

Anyway my favourite car is the Ferrari 288 GTO, always has been , always will be.

The JPE was back at the same time as the McClaren F1. They were pissed cos a car that cost a fraction of theirs (£649,500 v. £25,000!!!!) was as fast to 60. Hehe

The JPE was a fairly standard De-Dion rear-end Seven with a Vauxhall 2.0 LN motor (referred to as the 'Vauxhall 16 valve' in motorsport circles i.e. pre ecotec as fitted to astra/cavalier GSi) tuned by Swindon.

Swindon never uprated the bottom end for this (250BHP-ish) level of tune resulting in a lot of swarf and wrecked cranks.

Hmm, from what I've read, the R500 is a bit too powerful for ordinary road use, and is really only suitable for track use. Best seven's for the road are the smaller engined ones (1.4 and 1.6) - the 1.4 does 0-60 in 6.5s, which should be more than fast enough for most drivers on the road.

Kali: Caterham also brought a larger Seven this year (think it's called the SV) for bigger drivers - they lengthened and widened the cabin and apparently it's at least as good to drive as the smaller cars.

This is another one I like. It's in the sticky too but feck it. Here it is again! Soon as I become famous I'm gettin 2 of em, one stripped out race spec for track days and the other with a huge mo'fo sound system to kill everything at every car show or cruise in this neck of the woods in all departments, looks, performance, ice, the whole freakin' lot!
