Tri Colour ban in Galsgow??

    Heard some news on radio about a ban on all tricolours /Ira slogans on scarfs tshirts etc: by the galsgow council.

    on irish radio so didnt mention if union jacks were in it.

    Anyone know any more about it ??

    seems a good idea imo.

    Tho all the irish flags will just get the orange cut off them.

    Not the only thing they are banning, no more memorabilia of the provos allowed to be hung up in boozers. Least to say it didnt go down well a treat at the toll cranes in Govern when they tried to take down the photos! I dont think it covers the tricolor though, just the sectarian covered scarfs, hats etc...

    I presume all non-catholic/non-IRA/non-Celtic memoribilia isn't covered. ;)
