Best weight gain product

    Hi
    Im looking for a good weight gain product , the reason is im 5'12 but only weight 10 stone, and am really looking to put on weight , I dont like being so skinny and want to put some meat on the bones :D

    Eat food - that's the best weight gain product. Count how many calories u eat in a day it'll be difficult but do it.

    Then for the next week eating 500 to 1,000 more calories a day and at the end of the week see if you've gained weight.

    Some people need to eat up to 7,000 calories a day to put on good weight. This is an extreme but the fact is you need to eat and eat alot and frequently.

    5 12 ... you mean 6ft?

    I think this is going to be a recurring thread here so i may sticky a weight gain thread specifically. There is not really a single complete weight gain product I would recommend.

    What you need is a diet overhaul, preferably teamed with some training.

    There are at least 3 or 4 threads recently here dealing with just that - and its late - but just take a look for them.
