What was the best "Age of Kylie Minogue"

Shamelessly stealing the concept from a Channel 4 documentary I watched last night: what do you consider the best phase of Kylie's (long) career.

I can remember taking a keen interest in Ms. Minogue as a schoolboy during the "I should be so lucky" years.

I can also remember 'paying attention' when she resurfaced with DeConstruction hooking up "Did it again" and "Breathe" amongst others. By this time I was old enough to drink.

And then, dammit, she goes and re-invents herself again with "Spinning around", only this time I'm gainfully employed and sporting a goatee beard. Wacky!

What was your favourite Minogue moment, and what defines that time for you?

I think her best "age" is yet to come...........

....that would be retirement, and the sooner the better.

Dr Dre has said it for me! :D
(for the sake of arguement her unpopuar phase when she did that song Confide in Me was her most interesting musically.)

I think I fancied her most at the "I should be so lucky" time, she was quite natural then as opposed to now where she is trying hard to become a sexual figure (and doing very well at it).

I thought 'Indie Kylie' was kinda cool. Nice red hair. Also a couple of good tracks around that period as well though they didn't get much attention.

That duet with nick cave was bloody class. her best "own" songs would be confide in me and the manics produced some kind of bliss. she looked the best in 1990. she just lost the perm and was pretty damn fine.

Should have worded this one a bit better (*bad mod*, *naughty!*)

'Twas supposed to be pre-emptive of social commentary on the 80's, 90's and 21st century (i.e. the 3 "ages" the Minoguester has been making music).

I'm well aware her tunes aren't to everybodys' taste....but surely that ass is beyond reproach!;)

Long? Am I missing something here? There are FOOTBALLERS still playing who've had longer careers than that Antipodian noisebag.

Confide In Me and Where The Wild Roses Grow are both decent tracks.. so I'd go with around that time.... but on the other hand she didnt show her ass enough in those videos ;)

Devil may care era. Yes.. I know its a gay anthem.

I only watched halfa n hour of the docu. Did they actually skip the whole period between 1991 and 1998 or did they go back to that later.
