hows your hangover going?
mine started off well, woke up drunk and hours late for work but it was all marvelous cos i was still off me tits.
now though, the hang over is setting in and the prospect of sitting here for another few housr is looking less and less appealing.

anywho, rate your hangover if ye like and feel free to express it in words, if ye can manage to type.

hang over days are soooooo long when you have to be in work and not in yer bed of splayed across the couch.

have to stick around here till 6:30 as well. rollox.

should have rang in sick but me thinks last night was just a practice night for the coming weeks, may have more need of that sick day in the next week or two.......

I am in a heap-staff christmas party last night. Cant drink beer (some stomach thing h-pylori I think) so heavy on the spirits. I know my limits so I booked today as part of annual leave. They are laying wooden floors upstairs though...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I was supposed to open the shop at 9. Turned up at 12.10 was sent home. Watched attack of the clones and back to the future 2 allone in the dark and cried alot

eventually gave up and ran for the bathroom, where I managed to get sick everywhere but inside the toilet, spen tthe next half hour cleaning tha tmess up.. getting sick many tim4es after because of the *wonderful* aroma of vomit.

went back to bed..

half 1, started chanting again, and repeated my earlier actions..

this has not been a good day

Woke up at half 9, pain in the head.
Back to sleep again, woke and got up 12.30. Worse pain in the head, stomach in knots. Didn't have that much to drink lasnite...must of been that pizza i had for dinner, gawked* all over the sink in de bathroom. Not nice.

* aka vomited, spewed, hurled, barfed, blew chunks, puked etc...

Heres a story that will make you jealous:

I was out last night, got manky drunk and got to bed at around 4.
Woke up for work at 12:30 to a message on my phone from the client im working for at the moment. - "Hi, sorry im late, ill be there in 10 mins"

w00t! So im off the hook for being 2 hours late if i can make it in to work in 10 mins. I rush out and get a taxi right outside my house (blessed!) and make it into work suprisingly quickly BEFORE my client. Only then did i realise that i feel like a pig shat in my head and i could throw up at any minute.

While contemplating running to the loo, the phone rings, its my client again :

"Look, tbh, the traffic is far too heavy and im a bit hungover. Im not coming in - happy xmas, see ye in the new year"

RESULT

Now im going for a little snooze on the couch here .

There is nothing worse than being hungover and having to pretend you are not.My mother always nags if she thinks Ive been drinking and so I usually try to cover it up.
Anyway,last night I had the combined blood alcohol level of Barney,Homer,Carl and Lenny the night they trashed the school.I fell off the bus onto the ground,and fell on my head twice while trying to tie my shoes(isnt it great the way you feel practically no pain while drunk).
I got up this morning at about 9 o clock after one of those short 5 hour sleeps where you have about 20 different mad dreams and hallunications(god knows what I was dreaming about but i could remember most of it this morning for a short time and it contributed further to my predicament).
Anyway I get up,piss,feel queasy and stumble back to bed.Get up half an hour later as i am sweating badly and having more mental dreams.Try to avoid eating my brekkie and down 3 oranges and a pint of water instead.Fcuk all help that was.Eat breakfast,run out to the toilet halfway through and throw up.Ma asks whats wrong-thankfully she proves to be my aving grace.On Friday night she insisted that the pizza i was eating was undercooked and that i should leave it alone.I ignored her,and used this as an explanation that i was suffering from mild food poisoning.
Anyway,I am sent to my grans,with my mother unfortunately in tow,to yet again to fix the bloody VCR.
Spend rest of the day sleeping in the car while they go shopping,still using the raw pizza excuse.
Dont eat until 5:30 at McDonalds by which time i am starving.Thankfully i keep the food down.I only started feeling OK at around 7:30,leaving me at just under 23 hours under the influence,both good and bad,of alcohol.Which makes me wonder how long after you reach your drunk high are you allowed to drive,generally speaking?As I would have been in no state to drive for most of today.

I seem to be having more regular"worst days of my life"these days.The last one was only three weeks ago.:(

BTW is there any pills that clear up hangover quickly?I usually control my drinking so that I am drunk for only about an hour or so and so dont have a hangover.But last night something went wrong
They say that fruit is good for you but those oranges did me feck all good:(
