Vodafone & 7650 & Ready To Go......

    Afternoon,

Just wanted to ask a couple of questions regarding the above.

I've decided on getting the 7650 but I've tons of questions!

My mate got an offer to buy the 7650 on vodafone RTG for 320 EUR.

    Questions are.......

Q1 - Is there anything stopping me getting him to buy this phone for me. Then I buy a vodafone sim and use the fone? Do they do some type of serial number check or something?

Q2 - What limitations will I have on RTG as opposed to getting the phone on bill pay? (ie will I have full GPRS access etc)

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated :)

    Thanks,
    Spanner_Head:confused:

GPRS/MMS needs to be enabled on your SIM. Which means you need to ring Vodafone for it.

AFAIK RTG doesn't support all the features. Can't be sure though.
