Just watching the ol Box last night and the osbourns was on and i was watching how many animals are running loosing, so it got me pondering

How many pets you got at home????

plain and simple.

At the minute only two---1 cat and my Sammy.
Most ever at one time was 4 dogs when I lived at home---all strays that myself and my dad picked up and gave homes to.

Me and the Girlfriend have over 200 pets in the house.

18 cats
8 dogs
6 sugar gliders
6 Degus
6 Shaws jirds
countless gerbils and hamsters
9 rats
2 snakes
Loads of Birds

Will get the gf to post a more detailed list.

I live in deepest Laois.

The gf is a breeder of exotic pets. We breed hamsters and gerbils for pet shops. We are trying to get our pet shop open in the new year. At the moment we mostly sell privately.

oh good God. yeah we breed bulldogs. we did breed bunny rabbits (****in hell they mate every 2 weeks! well...near enough)

also breed hamsters accidently. the pet shop boys ( they were a gay couple and all) told us they were selling us 2 male hamsters and they LIED!!! they knew we'd have to sell the babies back to them!!!!!

Always need to watch that! One guy sold us 2 male nile rats. One of them died giving birth! Thats some male!

Hi everyone,

I'm the mad gf of bond james bond!! Trust men to forget that we also have ferrets, Nile rats, zebra mice, Monitor lizard, rabbits, long eared desert hedge hogs, guineapigs!! Will have to have a chat with him later.

If anyone needs any advice drop me a line! have knowledge on most species!!

You wanted to know what Degus, Sugar Gliders, & Shaws Jirds are.

Shaws Jirds are like giant girbils - loads of fun & very very cute.

Sugar Gliders are marsupials & are like flying squirrels so adorable

Degus are similiar to Chinchillas & are very active & talk alot!

If you visit the web site www.smallandfurries.co.uk they have pictures & loads of info on most rodents & exotics.

we had a max of about:
6 cats
8 dogs
52 chickens
5 goldfish
2 budgee's
1 hampster
Seriously all at one time!!

we've also had rabits, guine pigs, a goat, a sheep...

I've only got one dog!!!! Boo. An English Springer Spaniel.

But she's the most intelligent creature I have ever come across. I swear to God, she's something else. I know everyone says that sbout their pet but I mean it!

No real pets as such but there's two big spiders living in my porch that we call Cleetus and Billy Bob. Can't really claim to own them as pets but I'd kinda miss them if they weren't around.
