as kev said.. not bad
but some constructive points.. although i realise its probably only half done anyway

- too tall. shrink it so your graphics of the racks fit it.
- whats the spinny box for? i see things like that i instinctively drag the mouse over them it looks like a blank space for small advertising... replace it with something to counter the keyboard anim (but not another animation.. ones enough for attention purposes)
- underlined links.. some ppl keep them as a matter of tradition, i think they look horrible. make the fonts bigger and highlight or darken the fonts colour when you hover over instead.
- i find its always better when you're playing around with templates to actually think of a purpose for the site.. and in this case obviously its computer based.. so think up a name & logo for it around the existing design

Much better Never. I hate those flashy keys though, maybe it would look nicer if the brighter key was just a little bit brighter than the darker key then it would be a lot more subtle but pleasing on the eye and you would still get your point across.
