    i had to vote for weezer coz they put so much new demos n stuff up for downloading....and of course they are a fantastic band!!!

    theres others though,

    theframes.ie is good, has a bulletin board thats always busy.
    tenaciousd.com aswell! it looks a bit amatureish but its worth a look.
