It was about a person setting up a cybercafe and were asking business related questions. I recall other net cafe owners posting pretty good information to it. But I don't recall where that post is. Anyone remember where?

Upon further thought, I remember wwman sticking his oar in, except this time it was in a helpful way, which can mean only one thing: It was a board modded by him!
