It's for the US so most of the average wages will probably just make people cry (especially considering € more or less is a $). http://www.sdmagazine.com/documents/s=7664/sdm0211a/sdm0211a.html But it does give an intresting perspective of where the industry is going and other things (like women to men ratio in what jobs).
