Problems with activating FTV - need help!

Just get my FTV card and followed all the steps as directed by your goodselves, but I was asked for version of the box and serial No. which is in options No. 5 & 5 - didnt give them the info - if I do can they track the box etc any views people? Thanks

Just give them the info, I did and I have't had any problems with my sub or FTA
