D'ya know, this kind of makes make feel secure and relaxed ............... the ol' capitalist flavour of the US still thrives in spite of all the recent distractions.

Hunter S Thompson has a book coming out called Kingdom of Fear. exactly the name for the state of America right now. like, some waitress in georgia overhears a conversation in some diner, calls some tip line and hours later, a whole stretch of interstate road is closed off, and people's luggage is being blown up! hopefully the book is gonna be interesting read.

While you can be flip about it, the US was attacked by terrorists last year and 3000 people killed.

I remember the reaction in Dublin when loyalists started setting firebombs off in dustbins over Christmas. The army blew up many innocent dustbins.

And trust me, the people in the US are not living in fear.
