Coarse angling this season

    Would anyone else agree that this season has been poor enough.
    All my hotspots died this year and I caught sweet feck all.
    Two years ago myself me brother and a mate of ours caught 4 specimen Tench in the one day at shannon bridge, this year i havent even caught a 2 pounder. Fishing was relatively awful plus all the pike in l.Ree seem to have dissapeared. But trout fishing was fairly good myself and the auld lad caught 32 fish in 2weeks which isn't bad going. If anyone has had any decent catches this year post em up.

    well when i went out to do a bit of coarse i caught something and was very pleased, i was only starting to coarse so im pld with what i have caught i dunno does anyone else agree with me but wasnt ireland always poor for course fishing :confused:
