I was at the pats shels match last nite great result but it was one of the dirtyist matches ive been to in a while pat fenlon got sent off after coming on as a sub. I heard that on his way out he assulted a garda is this true does anyone have any details. on a more positive note the crowd at richmond was the best in ages

Another good crowd on Friday night, despite the competition. It was a disgrace that United fans had to travel to London on a bank holiday weekend Friday for a 8pm kickoff, a ridiculous decision in its own right, quite apart from the fact that it had ther potential to decimate the Richmond crowd (but didnt).

Managed to catch bits of the Chelsea game in the boozer in between the Bohs game, a good crowd, and a decent game, nice weather as well.

Pat's keeper should have been sent off.

Great game Pats and Bohs ,fair result in the end i thought.

But the Fenlon thing there was suppsoed to be no charges that Kilmainahm were investigating an incident.

As well im amazed he still has a job.

I think if Kilmainham gardai are investigating an incident at the Shels match, it's more likely to involve another "well loved" Shels official.
As for Fenlon, you would expect an incident like that to be the final nail, but you never know.
