Missing 'New Thread' Icon

So there I was minding my own business, when I noticed the regional boards had been expanded. 'This is new, I wonder have they been posted to yet' said I. 'Leitrim, bet it hasn't' Sure enough it hasn't and probabaly never will 'cause it's missing the 'New Thread' icon

Oops, my mistake, was loking for the icon underneath the threads, found the one over the thread
