one shock was the biology! for something that (to me) was a complete disaster i came out with a B3. cant complain.

i hope evrybody else is as happy as i am!

A fail in Hons Maths fúckered me rightly.
My top 5 choices are maths related.

365 anyhow.

It's amazing how students doing the Biology paper got allowances for the difficulty of it but the hons maths students got fúck all.

Wondering is there any chance of getting a coarse if you get an E in ord maths but you get high enough points to do your coarse in CAO?It says I need a d3 in maths and I thought Id get it but I dont know what happened.Any how all my coarses are all computers so any chance I can get an offer or do I have to repeat the whole year just for maths?

It doesnt matter if you get 600 points and the course is only 300, if you dont meet the subject requirements they wont let you in. Get it rechecked.
My friend failed maths last year and of the 16 courses he put down, he was excluded from all but 4 of them.

Actually the percentage of honours maths students getting A1 fell from 11.6% last year to 6.8% this year.

Economic history is the real screw job robbed me of a potential 600 bastards givin only 4 A1's out of 370 people

1: i know what 5 of the 98 people who got maximum points want to do

2: 3 of them want to do the same course as me

3: So logically speaking there should be alot of people in that 98 alone wanting to do the same course........

4: My Course (Theoretical Physics, TCD) was 450-480 last year....

5: i got 555, but statistically speaking that may not be enough, assuming the rest of those 98 and those who got 560 or above hold to that statistic i worked out while trying to get to sleep last nite.


BTW nice work rory, christ yer all bloddy ****ing nerds out in ard scoil.......annihlated'd bruce's results(bad year to swap over me thinks)

Yeah ASR's results were insanely high this year, something like 30 out of 107 students got over 500
