Don't know about the RTE thing. It may be possible but would charge a hefty sum. I think a friend of a friend did that when a program showed his father speaking and his father had just died after. They gave it due to the emotional link. They may not though due to copyright etc, who knows... Give em a call on Monday.

As for the pictures I'm pretty sure you need the negatives. The card is just a reference thing really. She should have been given the negatives. If no negatives - no copy.

As for the post thing. The only thing I know is "Poste Restante" I think it is. I used that once on an island holiday. You address the letter to
    "Poste Restant"
    Gordon Surname
    Parikia harbour
    Paros
    Greece

For example. What happens with that is - the post office holds the letter and Gordon goes and brings his passport and waits in a smelly sweaty queue for half an hour battling with queue jumping Greeks and kicking kids. Goes up to the smoking frappee coffee laiden Post office worker -shows him my passport and is grudgingly given my letter.

    Hope I helped

I think the camera must have been aps. You should have gotten the film back too. Bring in the film and the index card and tell them which photos you want from the card.

They should be able to make copies of the photos without the negatives. They've been doing it for a few years now ... as for extra cost I do not know.

<I think the camera must have been aps>

No, the camara was a disposable one.

the price for making a copy from the picture is €1 deerer, €1.49 per picture i might just do it if i have to.

They make disposable apx cameras, in fact most of them are. If you got a index card, then its aps. You just need the film (which they should give back to you). Otherwise your stuck paying the extra money for lower quality prints from the original prints.

As for the RTE thing. They probably wont give it out to you unless you pretend your from either a production company or some sort of organisation that has an excuse to watch it (not just 'man that rocked, i'd love to MP3 the live songs! ;) ).
Even if they do, as gordon said, the fee will be pretty enourmous. Expect around 200 euro for something recent.
