Worst pub in Dublin?

So what do you think is the worst pub in Dublin?

I would nominate Doran's which is situated right on the top of Talbot Street. It even looks like a dive from the outside and trust me when I say that you're not disapointed upon entering as it's even worse within. 'Scum-bag' appears to be the only dress code in the place and the toilets look like they came straight out of the movie Trainspotting.

If you tire of chatting with the locals then you need only grab a six-pack and cross the street to the 'beer-garden' where you can join in the foulmouthed shouting and 'drinking from a can in broad daylight' antics of tracksuit-brigade who buy their 'offo' in Doran's on an hourly basis. Classy!

Well, obviously any pub with an IRA mural is a prime contender (Widow's).

Any early house.

Anything in Temple Bar on the weekend.

Any one where a pint is more than €4.50

Any of the ones where you can't stand much less sit.

Any one showing sport on the telly.

So that includes just about everywhere.

• any pub where the music is so loud that you can't hear yourself sneeze, much less actually have anything like a conversation with anyone

Which really makes it anywhere at all
