radeon 7200 bios error

mate has 7200 and ME had a few lockups and rebooted and gets this error. I never heard of it anyone else have a radeon card and seen this before . its a gate way PC so it crashes on the gateway logo with this error. ""RAGE6 P/N 113-70702-100 DDR(withDLL) NTSC BIOS" thx kdja
