Yeah... I have a few questions about that myself... like, does it apply to those under 18? And if so, is it to the same extent?

Afaik, the new minimum wage is £4.40 and applies to "Adults".
Dunno what they classify as an adult, wether they mean 16+ or 18+.

4.40 deffo does not apply to under 18's.

I think I got lucky... my employer appears to be implementing the minimum wage for all employees
