stupid bug/feature?

    i was clearing mines out of one of my systems this morning, that another player graciously left, and i got killed....

    i had 1 million mine deflectors and there was 6 million mines to begin with.

    i went into the system and got hit by 500k mines.....deflected

    i then spent 5 turns attacking mines with my beams

    ran out of energy

    got more

    bulked up to 1.4 million mine deflectors

    went back into system and got hit by the remaining 3.4 million mines

    wtf is that all about.

    Well the mines attack you more every time you enter a system thus resulting in what you went through. Not a bug just an annoying feature Im afraid.

    no it happened to me too last round
    i had something like 1.5 deflectors and there was 2 mill mines
    and i thought well all the other tim es its been half the total
    but all hit me and i was destroyed but how come when i go into a sector looking to clear the mines it takes very low????
    am i being paranoid or is the game really plotting against me??

    No Cast the game is not plotting against you ... Its just plotting against the whole of Legion ... ;)

    Lolz.

    Yeah something similar happened me last round but didnt die had a good few deflectors so it was sorted easily.

    dont you think its strange that a large group of mines hit you at 500,000 then make a massive jump to 3 million???
