    Hey im Frank ... i host a site called www.alcobuds.com but i also host forums for my site with a small community .. my hosting is experiencing problems once again and im searching for cheap/ free hosting for my forums ...

    http://alcobuds.foshdawg.net these are the forums .. if you can host them for me id be very gratefull .. otherwise can u suggest a good hosting site that could handle the forums for me ...

    and yes before someone says i did post this before .. six months ago i think .. sorry ... hosting can be dodgy ... lol ..
