I offered to make an old VHS camcorder tape into a VCD for a guy to play on his DVD player and such (sentimental value) I am regretting it now :( I got a lend of a Capture card and copied it onto my pc its an AVI file now. its tiny when i burn it to vcd Nero converts it but it still plays on TV tiny. How can i make it…

I got a lend of a Capture card and copied it onto my pc its an AVI file now.
its tiny when i burn it to vcd Nero converts it but it still plays on TV tiny.
How can i make it bigger without losing quality ,has to a program or codec capable of doing that (well i hope there is)
