I think i wont bother this time... his last album was not the best... love the last Steve Vai concert though....

Picked up the new album last night, it's good, typical Satch, great melodies etc, some nice effects, usual Satch tricks, all in all more of the same, nothing new in there to blow me away.

Must go and find out what Vai has recorded lately...

...and yes, the last Vai concert was teh win.

I was talking to Tommy in the Sound Cellar the other day and he said he was almost embarrassed to be at that gig. Only for the bassist he would have left. He said Vai had some fans blowing his hair back making him look very, well... gay. What was that about?! From the live stuff I have seen of Vai before he never had any of that sheeit.
