Sky Engineers

    Can anyone tell me do they ever have trouble when they book a sky engineer and they don't come out. Its just that on four occasions that i know about they turned up for two. Im in donegal. Sky says that it is Finlay Communications in bangor co down that does it for my area. if this is the case theyd need to get their act together cos there unreliable + they never even phoned to let me know they couldn't come. im really p***ed off now cos theyve rebooked finlay for 2 weeks away and whos to say they'll bother coming then. does sky only use finlay communications and is there any way i can get an earlier date for an engineer? Please help, I NEED SKY.

    Why not try booking a local independent installer.

    Hmm. I wonder if Finlay does all SKY installs in the whole county of Donegal. I do see a guy in a wee Seat van doing sats though not sure who he works for.:rolleyes:

    i would get another independent engineer only sky are sending one out for free.
