The paper its self was a little tricky in my opinion :/

The questions were asked in a much more complex style to the previous exams and were a bit harder too.

I got 7 in section a and 1 in section b answered in my rough work, but i had little time to clean up the exams itsself (finishing off questions i had left out) and ended up leaving out like 2 part c questions! :/

grrr, what did other people think of the paper?

    reD.

I thought the paper was harder than previous years,
I was suprised to find that geometric sequence had come up in paper 2 and 1, a whole question on sequence & series on both papers
Was stuck for time too :(
I think they need that 20mins extra on maths..

i thought it was fairly handy, 2 of the questions id looked over the night before came up, the exact ones i was using for practice came up, wh00t! :P but the exam was a little short i didnt get time to go back through my work and was in a rush for my last question

Thought paper 1 was a doss but didn't really like Paper 2. I knew id do badly on it only managing to answer 4 and a half questions but the 4 i answered I answered completely and then i got to part C in the other one. They were 1267 and half of 5. I figure with my ownage of paper 1 and my ok performance on that one i shouldnt do to bad in the grade department.

What i really thought was ****ty of them was changing the format of the simpsons rule question. Luckily i managed because id studied it like a whoer but anyone who was borderline on it and who would only have been ready for the "Default" format ie:not the curve but the usual weird kind you get. Well they woulda been screwed trying to decipher it. In general i think they tested alot of new stuph on us really which is hardly fair tbh.

I used to be good at paper 2 up until today. :(

Why all the ****ing about with the questions?! I was in a total rage today, if I had to get a hold of whoever wrote out Paper 2 I'd ****ing kick them in the head repetitively!

I thought this paper was easy, it seemed harder than paper 1 at first glance, but a few of the last parts of questions on paper 1 were really tricky, whereas I found the whole of paper 2 to be do-able, doesn't mean I got it all right though, but I'm pretty confident.

Did question 1 apart from part (i). didnt have a clue what it was.
    rest was easy enough.

    The line wasnt a problem.
Didnt get time to think for the circle so only did 2 parts of it.

Permutations+ Combinations and Statistics were a doddle.

and the Linear Programming was easier than the vectors so im pretty happy i switched :D

wasnt too bad for me. Better than paper 1

I thought that was the worst paper 2 ever created. As red_ice said the questions were tricky and it was definately a harder paper the the past one's imho. Its the only paper.. so far, that i really didnt like  the rest seemed fine
