Ok, so it looks like Germany are set to top the group on goal difference.

I had a look at the Spainsh side today and they look deadly but the back line is suspect. Spain is the first team to book its place in the last 16 of the W Cup

Spain in the past has opted to mix forward players from Barcelona, Madrid and Zaragotha.
This was like trying to form a N.Ireland team by mixing far-right Prodestants and Catholics.

The Spainish forwrads did not bond or get on with each other in the past, and most of them hadn't played together.

But Spain today is a different team mostly a forward combination of world class Real Madrid players.

Wht do Ireland need to avoid Spain ( Although it would make a great game!)?

Ireland beat Saudi Arabia 9-0 ( possible...?)

Cameroon beat Germnay and Ireland win 2-0 ( maybe )

Or Spain take a "Siesta" becxause they won the group leaving S.Africa to play good maybe winning on free kicks or penalty kicks in it's final games against Slovenia and Spain leaving S.Africa to top the group.

    Watch out for these results!

Fact: The only way Ireland can top top group E is to win by goal difference. Had Saudi got a 0-0 against Cameroon then Ireland could still have topped the group on points difference but this was not to be the case.

However no one has thus far considered the option of Spain NOT winning group B which will occur if South Africa win against Slovenia today and then win again against Spain on the 12th.

    Current score
    South Africa 1-0 Slovenia

And that was the Final Score - one half of my favourite double up :) 1-0 against Spain now, please.
