Troubleshoot my Cappuccino

    Over the last week or so we noticed in the cyber café that the milk wasn't foaming right, we though it something to do with the machine so we contacted the company.

    It turns out however there's nothing wrong with the machine, but there is something wrong with the milk!

    The reason the milk is foaming properly is because of the lack of protein in the milk, this is because at this time of the year cows are sent back out to the fields after being indoors all winter. This cause's stress for the animals and as a result the milk contains less protein.

    We switch from DunnesStores milk to Avonmore and it seems to work fine now.

    Just thought it interesting and worth a post :)
