Lads at the moment I am moving all soccer related threads to this board but there are an awful lot of threads on the RK saga. Now I want you to answer the poll. Yes to keep the threads on here opened. No to move the threads to the Recycle Bin and Lock to leave the threads here locked.

The voting will close on Sunday @ 6pm and I'll action according to your views.

Unless threads are irrelevant or off-topic, why is there even a question of locking threads that deal with issues people want to talk about? I smell a power trip. ;)

Nope Bateman now your being Paranoid, if I was on a power trip they would have been locked, moved or deleted already :)

I feel that the sheer number of threads on the subject is choking the board and some of them are no longer valid as he is not going to the WC. Depending how the vote goes if there are particular threads that people want left on the board post there details here and I'll leave them (thats if the vote is for moving or locking).

Am idea perhaps would be to merge them all and call it the "Keane Thread" since the events are over it doesnt matter now. Then transfer them to this board

I concur with the merging idea. i know it is stupid to have many similar threads, on the same subject, so slap em all together ito a Hybid Roy Keane thread!

PS Is human cloning legal in ireland, cause i think we could win the WC if we had 10 roy keanes :)

but they will all just get pushed further down, as we find other stuff to talk about. Its natural, even I haven't posted a Roy Keane message all day, and probably won't post any more on the subject. The threads are already falling way down, why interfere with this natural process?

Transfer them to BringBackRoy.com :) I'll be glad to take them off your hands ;)

My view is that each thread should be assessed on its own merits, if its live, let it be. If nothing new has been added for a two days then recycle it.

Why don't you just make a seperate forum for Roy Keane threads (like you did with soccer) and then just get rid of it after we've lost the second match and nobody cares anymore?

Just kidding! But I you could stick the RK threads into their own forum til the aftershock of the last week has abated and we've all changed our focus to the second match and beyond!

OK as the majority want to keep the threads they stay. See I can be democratic :)
