After much thought on this matter, I have decided to award all winnings from the lottery to the plaintif.....timmy o'toole. I feel he deserves a break since the famine of the mid-nineteenth century. I would also like to add that the answer to the riddle above is not in fact a land cow or an alarm clock....but in fact some sort of a FRENCH CAT.
