    Well, that picture makes it look kinda bad, if you look at the video, you'll see the brunt of the force still hits the mother. He obviously mis-aimed, and managed to graze the child. Still doesn't excuse him from being a gob****e. :)

    Yep, he more or less missed the child. Unlike the human eyes a camera can only show a one-eye perspective so often like in Robberies or Soccer Matches various view points are needed. If the child was hit full force in the head then it would be hospital for the little kid.

    Still, the Russian guy was an @sshole!

    Besides this is old news.

    What happened the "Nigerian Baby" and "Bush Hijack" thread. Amp are you trying to make "Humanities" ultra- communist?

    Id say he had a bit too much vodka before he did it. You know what there like :D . Must say though, he shouldnt of thrown the punch, even if it was at the mother.

    Does anyone know whats being said at the time? She might of being saying "Punch me piggy!" ... you just never know

    The police-man in question obviously meant to hit the woman not the child but he shouldn't be hitting a woman anyway, provoked or not!!!

    Oh My God a human rights violation in Russia!

    What ever next,the China police force and army having a go at students.

    Considering the lack of rights the citizens of Russia hava had in most of our life time,I think this punching of the kiddy,ranks up there in the lower top 1 million list.
