No way, no chance in hell will Liverpool sign Kanoute or Smith.

It's Cisse I tells ya! Houllier will convince him to join before the end of the summer.

Also, Didier Hamann looks like he's on his way to Real Madrid. If they don't manage to get Vieira (and they aint gonna), they're going after him for £15m. Apparently he was majorly pissed about being subbed vs Leverkusen. Cant blame him.

I just wonder how long it will be until Anelka starts dissing Liverpool to the press $:\$

Also I heard Didi had a bit of a bust up in the training ground with GH around the time of the Leverkusen game. So there's another factor for him leaving.

I heard rumours of jari on his way too. On his way to his spiritual home Ajax. I don't want him to leave he's a legend!!!

Pity about Anelka I would like to have seen him with Owen.

Here's mine, Patrick Kluivert to join from Barca, not sure how he and Van Gaal get on but apparantly he's having a clear out at the nou camp.

Failing that El-Hadji Diouf will arrive from Lens.

so maybe Kluivert is leaving Barca. Has anyone added up all these
names, Liverpool could have about 10 world-class strikers at this rate!

Yea now that I think of it, Houllier MUST be expecting someone big if he's turned down Anelka. Cisse has said he's not leaving - Van Gaal isnt liked by Kluivert... hmm...

they reckon that Rivaldo could leave the Nou Camp as well!! he only has one more season left on his contract and i dont think he wants to renew it!!

So you never know Rivaldo could be in england next season..... whether it be with liverpool or not will be another thing!!

I hope that Didi Hamann doesn't leave the club!! he has been one of our most important players over the last two years!!! he is an excellent player! GH has made a few mistakes since he has come back....... a bit rusty from the break!! but we all agree he shouldn't have taken off didi at the leverkusen game!!

About Hamann, I think hes a very limited midfield player. He does his job, protecting the back 4, extremely well but thats all he does. Look at Viera, Keane and Davids, they do the whole protecting the back line nearly as well as Hamann but going forward they're in a different class to Didi. The 3 world class guys I mentioned above once they get the ball they can drive forward, give decisive passes or drive into the box to collect a cross or have a decent long range effort, NONE of which Hamann can do.

Hes only scored 2 goals in the last 2 seasons which is awful for a central midfielder.

Stevie G can do the Veira and Keane type of box to box running, hes a great passer and he can tackle. Liverpool should bring in a creative midfielder in the Scholes style and get rid of Hamann.
