    Simple query.

    How would one go about cooking lambs liver?

    (without chianti and fava beans)

    i cooked that before , i put it on a scure and cooked it under the grill for 20 minutes and then i sort of wrapped a rasher around it and grilled it for another 5 minutes. i thought it was rotten but me mammy thought it was nice . that any help to you?

    It's a long time since I had lambs liver, but the easy way to cook it is to simply (lightly) coat it with flour and fry it.
