    Villa boss Graham Taylor today urged want away midfielder George Boateng to get in touch with him to discuss his shock transfer request. Taylor acknowledge Boateng's unexpected request could have sprung from a compere's gaffe at the club's recent end of season awards night. Boateng stunned Taylor and the entire Villa camp on Saturday when he handed a written transfer request barely five minutes after helping his side close
    their campaign with a 3-1 win at Chelsea. The Dutch international midfielder has not been seen at Villa since - leaving behind the suspicion that his discontent springs from an embarrassing episode in front of hundreds of supporters at Villa's recent
    annual awards night. During the presentations, compere and Villa special events manager Dave Ismay called up Boateng, who attended the function with his wife, to receive
    the Goal of the Season award. But as a clearly-delighted Boateng made their way to collect the award, Ismay explained that he had been joking and the award went to another player.
    Boateng returned to his table clearly angered by the incident and Taylor said today: "I know that George was terribly upset about that but whether or not it is behind his transfer request I can only guess.

    Yea... not only that but Taylor has also seemed to upset Angel and Balaban wants to leave for Levaurkusen.
    Merson shall be given a transfer and possibly Hendrie also...
    All this means is thaere is going to be a change of players at Villa park until the new chairman arrives once Ellis Retires.
    Taylor is Ellises little puppet who wont do anything Ellis doesnt want him to which is create a successful team!
