Digibox Sleep Mode???

    Hi All,
I recently purchased a Pace2400 with FTV card and I'm having a slight problem, yee might be able to help. My digibox is always left plugged in and left on, but after about 2 hours it goes into sleep mode. By this I mean that if I was watching ITV and 2 hours later I went to switch to Channel 4 nothing happens. I originally tought it might have been an issue with the romote control but the light comes on the digibox when i use the remote, I also tried another remote but no joy. I then tried pressing the buttons on the box itself but still no joy.
The only way I have of getting out of this sleep mode is to unplug the box and plug it back in.

Has anyone come across this before and If so how did you manage to fix it.

I appreciate your help on this one.

    Cheers

Pace Digiboxes are renowned for locking up. The only thing I could suggest if the problem persists is to download the latest software from the satellite., that might cure the problem. I think the instructions for doing this are somewhere in the manual if not you will probably find them on http://www.satcure.com

To update the software unplug the power, leave it off for a minute or two and plug it back in while holding down the 'back up' button until all the lights illuminate, then leave it alone until it finishes the update.
That seems to cure lots of problems, for the last few days my pace box has been losing the signal on and off, updating it seems to have fixed it, I hope. :)
