Just back from seeing Showtime, the DeNiro/Murphy film. Twas quite good (not the greatest film I've ever seen).

It was quite neat the way they took the piss out of all the cop movie cliches and parodied the buddy movies.

My only criticisms are that it could have done with being a little longer to flesh out the story a little more. I felt that Murphy and DeNiro didn't really work that well together, lacking what DeNiro has with Ben Stiller.

Still though...Good movie!
