Posted a while back was the thread regarding the FTV card and the number to ring. Is there still a link to this thread or can anyone simply give me the number. I got the FTV card on the back of this this thread so thanks to all who contributed to my queries initially. However I have mislaid the number and would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction again. Its for my brother who recently got SKy.

where is a good forum to request an FTV card via a UK
address. I tried relatives but things went pear shaped
as they got cold feet for some reason.
Any charitable NI folks on the forum here who could
    help a FTV-less Paddy ?
