If you want Sky in two rooms with different channels in each, you'd currently need a second subscription, which would be very expensive.

However if you just want a second box with the Free to View Uk Channels (ie all the Beebs, ITV, Channels 4 and 5, Sky News and a few other channels) here's one way to get the two digiboxes without having to get an extra dish on the wall -

Get the FTV box and card on E-Bay and replace your current lnb with a dual or quad feed lnb (this is actually quite easy to do). The Quad Output universal LNB Philips type SC519QS/S is available from Satcure at http://www.satcure.com/accs/page1.htm for £73.95 sterling plus postage, but check if Tony has any available yet on his site at http://irelands-satellite.safeshopper.com/index.htm

You'll need to run a second cable from the new lnb to the new digibox (I think there may a "double cable" available - maybe someone else can fill you in on that).

And hey presto !! Bob's your Auntie !! (As in Auntie Beeb with all the extra Beeb channels)
