IRC proxy server

    I remember seeing a post about a way to use IRC behind a firewall using a proxy. Hows this done ? all of a sudden the IRC ports are blocked on our firewall frown.gif
    Edit: i found the post about cgi irc and blekko, still i would be nice to be able to use mIrc. any ideas?

    I remember trying to do this years ago and found the easiest solution was to telnet to a shell and irc from there, what ports do you have open exactly? If it is port 80 only chances are your fux0red

    look around for 'httptunnel'.

    yeah, but that costs money ;p
