So do anything obnoxious too your friends or family today then?

I used to love April fools day, would spend the day terrorising my family, in recent years I just haven’t been able to bring my myself to put that bag of flour over the door... :)

Well, I didn't go mad this year, running out of resources at this stage! haha! Texted loads of people in the early hours of this morning(2/3ish) telling them the local was raided, by some man with a cue stick, messed the place up and cleared the till........they believed me..........IDIOTS!

Was Very Funny at the time.

Theres a hude bridge thing being built down the road from me, largest single span suspension bridge in europe/the woorld or something when its finished.

They've got about the frame of it finished now.

Loal radio station had 4 hours devoted to talking about how it had to be taken down as the foundations are slipping.

There was over 300 calls of complaints to the radio station (had a big "call-in") it was hilariously funny. (i realised almost straight away)

I did a vicous thing to my mother this evening got a friend to ring her and pretend to be a doctor saying that her son had drunk a bottle of pucheen and is about to have his stomach pumped in the hospital. She nearly had a heart attack over the phone so I had to end it pretty quick. I laughed my arse off

In the bar we stuck posters up... they said...

    IMPORTANT NOTICE

    Effective 01/04/02

Due to the Government levy imposed recently on containers and recepticles, while the price of your drink will remain the same, there will now be a charge of 20c for your glass and 10c for your beer mat.

All monies raised from this levy will go to cover costs of breakages, spillages, etc.

I was surprised by the number of people who believed it and bitched and moaned about it :surprised: ... heh

    Some of them did, yeah...

One of the bar staff (who didn't cop it was a joke) asked "how do we ring that in on the till?" :)

wish april the 1st was a school day :( I mean nothing brings out your menacing side then striking at someone disliked who would be unreachable during holidays (i.e teachers, class jerk etc etc)

I'd love to see the fear in the eyes of some of my teachers in the morning knowing,....one of us could pull a prank on them...

Immature for someone who is meant to be preparing for LC but still its the right thing to do :D

Mates GF decided it would be funny to pretend she was pregnant. He definitely didn't see a funny side to it.

    :D

i completely forgot about it this year. i think it's more of a chid thing or a parent to a child thing.

yeah I remember in primary school we used to but vaseline on the teachers chalk and some other stuff but the teacher would just normally get annoyed and not think it was really funny or anything.
