It's a webpage and a board system (that looks very much like Boards.ie), and we've been going since 1998 in one way or another. Right now the site publishes eBooks for free of people's work, we allow you to post about 130 pages of material at a time online on our boards, and we're building a lot of information on writing and getting published for profit.
