Radeon Fan replacement?

Alright then. My Radeon fan has failed and I fear for the life of my graphics card. Have any of you guys ever tried to replace the fan on these cards.(it's out of waranty at this stage). Barry (Annoyed cause the new iMac makes my G4 look like a plie of poo.)
