Not as bad as I was expecting, quite good in fact!

Was expecting a repeat of Bottom or Kevin & Perry but this movie actually managed to hold it's own for the full hour and a half or whatever.

Got some really funny moments, like the car race at the start, and the two boys in the airtight room at the end (LMAO! :D)

If you're gonna go see it leave your brain outside, you won't be needing it.

    I enjoyed it too.

I watched Ali's last video (the one for comic releif) at christmas, and it was absolute ****e. Except for the posh and becks part.
So I wasn't expecting much from the film but I was happily surprised :D

I thought it would be dull but most of the jokes caught me by surprise - i liked it quite a bit.

    I liked it.
The Customs House with the bag of skunk was cool, and the Korean president and her 'ability' involving golf balls was a nice touch.

I don't think I was in the mood for this movie, when I saw it. I think ALI G is funny, but I walked out of the cinema like I had just sit a crap exam. My mates enjoyed it, and I do remember laughing at parts.

OMFG  what am I still doing up at 6:45am

Damn project, I am getting mighty sick of this

    ;-phobos-)

having no telly, i've seen v little of ali g, though i know the whole story of the scam (dennis pennis was the last version of this scam i saw).

the film is quite different to the tv fool-a-twat idea (though it does manage to get naomi campbell, and the johns snow and humphries along, as well as a couple of "real" actors, like dance and gambon). yes it is v puerile, but then so too are american pie, road trip, dude where's my car, scarey movie etc. so it's in ... well i won't say good company, but company anyway.

i rd that the aim was to pack a laugh into evry scene, even if some of those laughs would fall flat, and i have to confess, it had me laughing, out loud, despite myself.

now it's easy to get on yer high horse about this, is it satire or is it racism/sexism but that debate has been done to death on ali g and i can't be arsed spouting off about it. if you go to this movie you're going in forewarned and forearmed and while you may hate yourself for it, you're gonna come out with a smile on your face.
