    Anyone see this message when installing QII

    "This version of QII does not run on this language version of Win 98/NT contact your local suplier etc...

    Installs on the kids comp no problem

    I'm running ME but had the same problem running 98

    You can just copy it directly from the cd to your hard-drive, but you'll have to know the folder paths for the files.
    Try the quake boards, there was something there before.

    Yea i've gotten this before, the problem is that windows is set up in the wrong launguage region. Go to control pannel and change the setting.
