CAN U SLEEP WITH BACKROUND NOISE OR DO YOU NEED IT ABSOLUTLEY QUIET?


I HAVE TRIED TO PUT ON MUSIC TO SLEEP BY BUT I JUST STAY AWAKE UNTIL ITS OVER THEN SLEEP, DEFINITLEY CANT SLEEP WITH THE TV ON. I NEED QUIET TO SLEEP....LIGHT SLEEP I GUESS, ANYTHING WAKES ME UP, EVEN PERFUME OR CIG SMOKE IN THE NEXT ROOM. UGHH, I NEED SOME SLEEP
OR PERHAPS A GOOD ROLL IN THE HAY WOULD DO IT FOR ME, HAV'NT HAD ONE OF THOSE IN A WHILE EITHER LOL

Take a 2 litre of cider, turn upside down cut hole in bottom, place finger on hole, turn upright once again, make bowl on top, add herb of choice, release finger while igniting herb of choice and drink cider as it flows out. You'll be out cold in a matter of minutes....Its known as The Strongbong ...which is pateneted by me so no one get any ideas ya hear!!

find that i need some calming music to help me sleep.mercury rev/gemma hayes/orbital.i used to be able to fall asleep listening to the muddy banks of the wishkah!
