not sure if this is the right place to post this! could anyone tell me what i need to start up a networking club in the college next year? the likes of redbrick and all that!

You will probably have to set it up as a society.. if your clubs'n socs are like dcu anyway. Go to your clubs or societies committee and find out what the requirements are. Usually you have to get a minimum amount of interested people to sign up and then approach the society committee with a constitution.
