    I also don't see the point of having a 766Mhz prossesor on a 66Mhz bus.

    you can't overclock a p2 350 to 850...

    with a bit of research and effort, most older motherboards can be made to support a newer chip. As blitz said, the 766mhz celeron on a 66mhz bus is crap. The upgrade they have for 100mhz machines looks more promising, but I wonder what prices are like.
