The question is, would you locate your business in another country given the lack of internet access options aailable here?

The purpose of this poll is to outline the urgency needed to effectively rollout affordable and fast internet access to small businesses in Ireland who need it. This poll is aimed at small businesses and indeed large businesses.

As we know, big businesses grow from small businesses, provided they are given the chance to do so. Small businesses especially those in the technology sector are of tanamount importance to the economic well being of this country.

Large businesses are also very important because they provide jobs for the local community, and for them to pull out of Ireland and relocate to another country would be quite damaging.

If we have these small businesses pulling out and relocating to other areas of the EU, on accont of lack of an efficient internet infrastructure, then things cant be good for the future of Ireland.

I just want to hightlight to the government and Eircom, and indeed everyone, what may happen if nothing is done to help in easing the internet crisis we face.

    Matt
