pop-ups not poping!

private message recieved pop up doesn't pop up for me anymore.

and yes i have the option enabled in user cp

agreed, im very popular and when someone sends me a pm when im viewing the boards it doesnt pop up.
and that makes me feel unwanted and unloved, so could you look into it please as i am becoming depressed at the fact that i think no one wants to talk to me when the truth is i am still very popular but i just dont know it because my pop ups dont pop up.

or am i just being over-sensitive?

we ya get a message a window pop's up telling ya that a new pm has arrived and do you want to view it now.... something like that.

It happens pretty much when you log back onto boards.ie or move around webpages (if someone has PM'ed you while browsing)

Acc. to vbulletin.com this happens to a lot of sites that use JavaScript so I suspect the new menu may be causing some of this... Will have to some more research.

I got a few recently, but PMs have been quiet the last 2 weeks.

Yea i haven't got any pop ups either, opps that's probably because no one has PM'ed me, sniff sniff. Maybe i will go create a new nick and send myself a PM :P
